So, i did not go to school tday. instead, i went to my sister's school.

it was a very good experience i must say! amazing worship. a great speaker/lecturer. learnt quite a lot of new things. things that i would have never thought of! felt that God spoke to me through quite a few points. and elin had friends who are very musically inclined.
it's nice to be with real and genuine people for a change!

oh & i know why some people cannot get along already.
because fakes can never click with real people.

this was what happened yesterday. me and eliz got locked out of our own house. none of us had the key. so we decided to be geniuses. (which we really turned out to be in the end, really) we used eliz's sport shoe and the shoelaces. so imagine this.. two shoelaces tied to a sport shoe. something like this: ------------------O
we tried very hard using this to bounce off the keys behind the door. half an hour passed. no luck. finally, the sound of jingling keys. i manage to bounce off the key from the hook!!! then the umbrela came in. enough talk. pictures.

the umbrella (which is now un-usable) to pull the key.

the key amongst the mess.

happiness and joy and and not forgetting, sweat.

the mess WE created just to get the key.

watched "The Importance of being Earnest". it's a wordplay kind of play. quite like it, but not my favourite. dunno why also.

and, i got too excited for kite flying so i bought myself a kite which stand to be almost as tall as me! :D

I CAN'T WAIT TO FLY MY KITE. I MIGHT JUST FLY IT ALONE TOMORROW. YAY TO THE YAYNESS WORLD!!

Benjamin Button. what a beautiful and sad story.. i love this movie; made me think a lot. think of what? i don't know. think of love maybe? like how wonderful love is, and how sad it can be. when i watch shows like this, i cannot help but fantasize myself being the main characters. after watching this show i have this very heavy and yet light feeling. cannot describe it. but all in all, wonderful movie.

school was great today. polish dance- i'm doing well okay believe it or not! and i (commented by audience) am doing great in Galubiet. think i spelt wrongly. but anyway, yes. it's gooooooooood.
dean's class, presenters of the day: Daeia and Rashmi.

and last of all, what happened this morning?
class starts 9am. i usually wake up at 7am. but today i woke up at 8.45am.
the smses to Claire Devine- my speech&text lecturer, from England.
me: Sorry claire i overslept today! i feel really bad so sorry!
claire: Oh dear! Bad excuse to give to someone who hasn't slept for many many days!
Who is this by the way? Don't say xavier!
me: i'm e-van! haha not xavier!
claire: ok ah!!!!
me: sorry!
claire: silly billy!
Soi, honesty is the best policy. lesson learned. though claire did say she's disappointed in me. well i'll prove her wrong this thursday!
love to the max,

have you ever came across someone who say very stupid things? things that will make you go thinking "arrgh oh please just shut up". at my age, i cannot believe it when someone older says stupider things than me. and at times, people give unecessary information.

and you know just sometimes, a listening ear is better than a try-hard-to-give-advice.

I AM STRESSED.

i ran 5(i think) x 11 storeys on sunday. felt gooooooooooood. can't wait for friday.

i suddenly feel a very strong sense of saddation in my heart. i'm sad that i cannot spend my valentine's day with my friends. but. i'm sad. sad sad sad. :( :(

dear all, remember that Valentine's Day is not about having a date. or getting a present or whatever. so what if you see couples on the streets enjoying each other's company? congratulate them. but that doesn't mean you have to be sad. the right one's still out there- holding out. and he might be like you, waiting. in other words, be happy. (:

I love you Jack Bitch. to the max.
I love you Koslaphirom. to the max.
I love you Daeia. to the max.
I love you Kian Kuen.
I love you Shumin.
I love you Mun Loon.

I love all of you. Happy Valentine's. (:

Oh & please. There's nothing to be superstitious about on Friday the 13th.

Congratulations to Gomez (i say Gomez ar. not something else) on passing your BTT. On the Friday the 13th. if that helps. haha.

with lots of love,

there was this guy today. it was after i watched the opera "wandering scholar" (which was very good by the way. well done michael and thomas!! [applause]). anyway i was already noticing he was giving me the weird eyes ever since i stepped out of the recital studio. then i had to walk with celine to city hall mrt from esplanade. he was at least ten metres away from me. then when i got to city hall, i looked around and then sighed a relief that he was not anywhere to be seen. so i changed to dhoby ghaut.

it was tthe kind of train you had to run after. so when i finally got in, the train was almost sardined with humans. and guess who came in when the doors were closing?yes, him. my heart jumped a beat. a few beats, to be exact. but this time, he was carrying a take-away and a plastic cup of drink. and he kept on looking at me by the side of his eyes. and finally, his phone rang.

he picked it up.
he looked at me.
and then he open the lid of the cup.
he dropped it on my feet.
was it just me, or was that done on purpose?
the people around were surprised and some, angry.
it not only got onto my feet, but a few others as well.
and then i felt a stinging pain on the balls of my feet.
so pain i could cry. but i held back. obviously the liquid was not water nor Sprite.

i decided to move away and read my book.
all the way from dhoby ghaut to sengkang.
he was there. and when i got off, he got off too. i pretended as if i did not even notice him. i walked home. and he was at least five metres nearer to me this time. i walked through the dark and dim blocks of flats to get to my house. i waited for the lift. and he waited too.

it was then i suddenly shouted at him "hey mister! i have noticed you've been following me from dhoby ghaut. what's your deal? what did you pour on my feet? what is your motive?!" and then i asked "do you have a lollipop?" surprisingly he did have one. and he offered me coke-flavoured lollipop. it was really nice and i really enjoyed it. i thanked him and gave him back the stick of the lollipop. and then he said "bye miss". and we lived happily ever after. separately.

The End.

so. obviously it was all made up. truth is, a very annoying ah beng spilled water on my feet in the train and didn't say sorry. haha! do tell me if i make a WONDERFUL author. oh & i do have a sketch of that guy. recognise his face so we can nab him together. he's not as cute as i drew him to be by the way.

gladness fills my heart.

i am happy. (:

a little sad. ):

but nevertheless, more happy. (: the cup is half full now, not half empty anymore.

to you: i'm sorry you are hurting. i know it's a painful process but let's walk out of this as a man and woman ready to start life anew.

to you: i suddenly realized i got a "RARE" compliment from the most "stingy complimenting person". thank you! (:

haha.

happy,

"Self-praise is the lowest form of recommendation" - learnt this from Michael Corbidge. but i think in some people's case, this will sound more correct.

"Self-praise is the lowest form of introduction".

Please agree with me. i know you do. and there ARE such people around.

PEACE.
